Automatic gripping and automatic assembly process by robot with fixed material box. Robot will automatically send the assembled workpiece to the welding machine to complete welding. The entire production line only needs to be maintained by the replenisher, no operator required.
Oven linner production line
The entire productione line process includes folding U, automated multi- spot welding and seam welding. The seam welding process can be automatically switched between straight edge and corner position parameters, and the positioning tooling can be adjusted along with the XY direction. The conductive electrodes is specially designed with automatic tensioning mechanism.
